Answer:

We store your personal information, such as your name, address, payment methods, right inside your phone’s memory, and encrypt with military grade 256-bit AES encryption algorithm. We don’t use these information and we don’t transmit the information through the Internet unless you authorize us to do so.

To protect your privacy, we don’t store your PIN on our server.  If you have already set up account recovery method, you can reset your PIN by click the ‘forget my PIN’ link and follow on screen instructions.  If you have not set up account recovery method, you’ll need to reinstall the app. All your personal information will lose and need to be set up again.
