GoGoody Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our”) cares about your privacy and is committed to safeguarding it. This, our privacy policy, sets out what kind of information we collect about you, how we disclose and use it, how we protect it, and how you can tell us if you wish to edit, delete or limit our use of your information.

This privacy policy applies to all information we may collect about you via any means, including (without limitation) through your use of our  mobile applications, web browser extensions, and websites owned and operated by us (together, “GoGoody Products”), and how your personal information stored in your phone within a GoGoody Product (your “Profile”) is handled. By downloading, installing or using any GoGoody Product, you are taken to have read, understood and agreed to the collection, use, disclosure and handling of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

For The Avoidance Of Doubt, All Information stored In your GoGoody profile Is Encrypted On Your Device Using Military-grade 256-bit AES Encryption. Our Technology (Including Our Servers) Cannot Access Any Of Your Information Stored Within Your Profile, And We Cannot, And Do Not, Collect Any Of Your Information Stored Within Your Profile.

Collection and storage of information:

Depending on the way you use GoGoody products, we may collect and store these information:

  • Information required by retailers or service providers regarding your order, including your name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and payment information. Some speciality stores may require additional information like your birthday, baby due date, your insurance information. We collect these information and transmit them to the stores after we get your authorization. These information are not in any way stored in our servers. Collectively, we refer to these information as your shopping profile.
  • To help reset your PIN when you forget it, we may ask and store your email or phone number or social account in our server. You may opt out of saving these information, providing that you are aware that if you forget your PIN, you may not access your shopping profile, or change your PIN. And that you will not be able to backup your profile, or to transfer your profile to another phone or device.
  • We may store the identification numbers of of products you have viewed, collected, clicked, added to cart, ordered, returned, and any other related actions so that we can better understand your shopping preferences. You may opt out the collection of these identification numbers of products by removing the app from your personal computing device at anytime. You may request us to remove these product id numbers if you can verify your identification with us. However, remember that we don't store your name, address, and payment information on our server, so it is possible that we can't verify you identity from our side. In that case, these browsing data are anonymous to us. They are as safe as other information you store in your phone or pad or personal computers, like the web sites you have visited with your browser.
  • Log Files - When you use our products, some information about your computer hardware and software are automatically collected by standard software or tools we use in building our product.  These software or tools are widely used by most web or app companies.  These information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses. This information may be used by us for the operation of the our servers, to diagnose hardware or software troubles, to provide general statistics regarding use of our websites or apps.
  • Information we collect from third parties - From time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party sources including partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities, and publicly available sources such as social media websites.

How We Protect And Store Your Information

Retailers and Service Providers – We partner with other companies   to provide goods or services to our website visitors, and users of our apps, and may need to share your information with them to provide information, products or services to you. Examples may include analyzing data or performing statistical analysis, shipping goods to you, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, supplementing the information you provide us in order to provide you with better service, and providing customer service or support. In all cases where we share your information with such retailers or providers, we carefully review their privacy policy and customer data handling policies so that they adhere to our standards.

Corporate Events – If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by us on the websites and the servers. In this event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your information, and choices you may have regarding your information.

Compelled Disclosure – We reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal Information if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.

Where you have provided your consent to us sharing the Personal Information (e.g., where you provide us with marketing consents or opt-in to optional additional services or functionality).

Your Rights

The following rights (which may be subject to certain exemptions or derogations), shall apply to individuals who are protected by the GDPR: You have a right to access information held about you. Your right of access is normally be exercised free of charge, however we reserve the right to charge an appropriate administrative fee where permitted by applicable law;

You have the right to request that we amend any Personal Data we hold that it is inaccurate or misleading.

o You have the right to request the erasure of the Personal Data that relates to you. Please note that there may be circumstances in which we are required to retain your data, for example for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
o The right to object to or to request restriction of the processing. However, there may be circumstances in which we are legally entitled to refuse your request;
o The right to data portability. This means that you may have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and that you have the right to transmit that data to another controller;
o You have the right to object to profiling;
o You have a right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (i.e., your place of habitual residence, place or work or place of alleged infringement) at any time. We ask that you please attempt to resolve any issues with us before you contact your local supervisory authority
o The right to withdraw your consent. Please note that t there may be circumstances in which we are entitled to continue processing your data, in particular if the processing is required to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
o You also have a right to request details of the basis on which your Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, but you acknowledge that data transfer agreements may need to be partially redacted for reasons of commercial confidentiality.

Use By Minors

We do not offer our products or services for use by minors. If you are under 13, you may not use the Website, or provide any information to the Website without involvement of a parent or a guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from, and/or about children.
